Drowning Prevention Week 2015
All our children had a presentation in school this week relating to this national initiative to raise awareness about water safety both at home and when out; dangers include baths, ponds, paddling pools and near rivers, lakes and the sea.
PE kit in school all week
As we prepare for Sports Day, your child may have PE lessons on a different day. Please bring their kit on Monday (trainers, white t shirt and black shorts) and take it home for washing on Friday.
Sports Day Wednesday 15th July at 1.30pm
Everyone is invited to join us for the afternoon to watch the children take part in a variety of activities and races. The children traditionally wear a t shirt that is the colour of their house; red, blue, green or yellow. They do not need them till the day itself. If this is tricky a white t shirt is still fine.
Parent helpers for Sports Day
If you can help for even part of the afternoon; serving refreshments outside that would be much appreciated. Please speak to myself or Beth Wheldon (FoS).
